Terms and conditions

These terms govern subscribing to and using Technelabs apps. By subscribing to an app, you accept these terms.

01Who provides the service

Technelabs services are provided by Nuno Miguel Rodrigues Silva, sole trader, Portuguese tax number (NIF) 226140814, Travessa do Souto nº6, 4730-164 Vila Verde, Portugal. Contact: geral@victum.pt.

02Scope

These terms apply to the Technelabs apps (MetalPro, Captio and any others we make available), provided as a service over the internet.

03Trial and free plans

MetalPro can be tried free for 45 days or until 20 orders have been created, whichever comes first. Captio is free up to 100 leads. After the trial, paid features require an active subscription.

04Prices and payment

Current prices are published at technelabs.pt/en/subscrever and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Subscriptions are monthly, paid in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically each month. An invoice is issued for every payment.

05Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. Partial periods are not refunded. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled.

06Your data

The data you enter in the apps belongs to you. You can export it while your account is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation; after that it is deleted. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

07Acceptable use

You agree to use the apps lawfully, not to try to access other customers' data, and to keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

08Availability and support

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of provider failures. Support is provided by email on business days.

09Tax documents

Documents generated by the apps, such as quotes and invoices, are for internal management and do not replace invoicing software certified by the tax authority of your country, unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for your company's tax obligations.

10Liability

Technelabs' liability, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11Changes

We may change these terms or our prices with 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

12Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the district of Braga, Portugal, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules. If the Portuguese and English versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
